| This house, rich in sun and view, is in a quiet residential area of Vir, only few steps from the sea. The beach on this coast has sand and gravel. It falls child-friendly slowly into the sea. The water is crystal clear and because of it`s wind-protected location mosty very still. I especially want to mention the very great view from all points of the object. Somebody who saw a sunset from one of the balconies probably don`t want to leave the object anymore. Island Vir has been completely new surveyed and a new land register is in the moment been developed. All buildings which have been finished since autumn 02 are automatically seen as approved. Now, the usual building rights of Croatia become valid for Island Vir. Part of the island is totally left to nature. Walks along the rocky coasts are inviting. A lot of inhabitants of the large town Zadar have their holiday homes on Island Vir. Nin, the old emperors town, lies only a few kilometres away and offers many cultural highlights. From there down to Zadar one of the largest holiday regions of Croatia is located. Camping, apartments, marinas, discotheques, diving and water sports schools - everything is offered for tourists. The climate of Island Vir and the enclosed peninsula is very mild. The hilly region around Zadar is influenced by the Zadar highs. The large town Zadar is only 25 kilometres away, offers a large variety and is connected by a bridge which will guarantee over average increase in price. The mostly gravel and shallow beaches are perfectly suited for children. In the holiday home region of Island Vir there is almost no car traffic. The beach is almost belonging only to the inhabitants.
