EU states must recognize professional qualifications obtained in Romania, Bulgaria |

he European Commission decided to initiate the infringement procedure against 22 member states, in case they don't recognize the professional degrees obtained in Romania and Bulgaria, an official release informs on Wednesday.
All member states should have applied an EU directive in this issue, starting on January 1, 2007. Only 5 out of the 27 states adopted it until today.
